Hello, my name is Sha-Asia Armstrong i am an experienced and passionate life and meditation coach. With ten years of experience in the human service field, I've provided group engagement, crisis intervention, and life skill building. Now, as a professional life and meditation coach with a focus on daily self-care, I aim to assist individuals in finding ease in daily life, self-confidence, and a balanced life and self-care routine.

I believe in the power of positive thinking and the magic of possibility. I am the proud owner of PEACE, LOVE & A HAPPY HEART LLC and Body by Aja. Through countless hours of research and training, I have acquired the skills necessary to help individuals achieve tangible stress reduction techniques and mindful practices to find a sense of calm within the body throughout the day.

My Journey: 

 

I've always been a people person. I love being around others, hearing their stories, and connecting with them on an emotional level. 

Throughou my journey of self-exploration and self-acceptance, I navigated through different stages of life and career paths, ultimately finding fulfillment and purpose in helping others achieve their goals.

My first real Job was as the Emergency Housing Assistant Coordinator at the YWCA—that's where I learned how to manage people and projects, but also how important it is to listen to people's needs and help them achieve their goals. 

In September 2017, I was promoted to Bridge Program Coordinator at the YWCA where I planned and organized activities for clients enrolled in programs and organized community outreach. It was such an amazing opportunity for me! 

In April 2019, I began providing crisis intervention support and advocacy services to clients who suffer from mental health associated disorders as Community Support Connection Case Manager at CCA. (Center for Community Alternatives). That's where my passion for helping others really took off! 

In 2022, I began working with Charlie Bears Care for Special Occasions LLC as a Mindfulness Coach Group Facilitator where I coordinate and facilitate a group series of workshops designed to teach children ages 5 -10 years of age introduction to mindfulness and breathing techniques.

I'm passionate about helping individuals and young people manage stress through mindfulness activities, workshops, and community events. With my expertise, we can make a positive impact on your well-being. Let's connect and start this journey together.
